I did a bbq for my buddy before he got deployed out this last weekend and did ribs pork an brisket an beef sausage with my moms homemade baked beans an potato salad still have 2 whole slabs of spare ribs and brisket got frozen

Ribs tonight for dinner is what I am thinking!!!!!

Looks good, I've spent many nights tending the fire on my smoker for a tasty brisket. Lot of effort but it's worth it!

You haven't lived until you have some brisket that has smoked all day, all night and half the next day ... GC turned me onto it. Before that I used "liquid smoke" (I know -- the horrors!! ). The neighbors look for all kinds of reasons to come over when we fire up the smoker.
