I took it to the range today for the second time after winning it at a Friends of the NRA banquet. Yeah, it's got good sights, and its adequately accurate but whoever designed that trigger guard needs a round to the cranium. Not 50 rounds into the breakin, I had a blister develop on the trigger finger by rubbing on the trigger guard. There is no way to not do that. Tried the tip, second segment of the finger, and nothing worked. I don't have fat fingers either. Horrible design. A simple 1/8" drop in the trigger guard would solve that issue. Buddy told me that Brownells is selling a lot of the lowers with a drop trigger guard for that very issue. I haven't seen them, but haven't looked either since this was today's issue with tupperware. How in the hell can some poor design get out to the public like this?
I don't sell guns. I buy guns with the exception of this one that I won. Wouldn't want this POS out on the market for someone else to be disappointed by. Blisters on fingers may introduce viruses into the body and we have a pandemic looming.......LOL. Maybe see if I can get some popsicle sticks and epoxy glue to form a proper finger guard, cut the perfection design off this POS, glue and make one similar to a 1911 that is perfection. Then sand it to form and smooth it, then add it to the POS. Honestly, I've never shot a handgun with such a poor design of something so simple.
Seems you misunderstood my offer. I didn't offer to buy the POS. Lol you will toughen up if you shoot it more often.
Maybe you haven't shot perfection until now. That's common with Glocks. I don't get it anymore unless I'm shooting into the 1k mark with a Glock over a span of a day or so. If it bothers you so much, undercut it. I haven't experienced "glock knuckle" in quite a while.
