I'm sure there's more to come in the next few days. And yes, the city ordinances will not assess fines that large, must be a state statute. Wouldn't that be something if the officer had no control of the fine amount and did his job enforcing state and local laws. Sounds like the system itself needs an overhaul..but what do I know, just an observation.</p></blockquote><p></p>
