Lately there have been several fools hating on Spam. (you know who you are) :D

I thought I would set the record straight. I mean what other meat can you keep unrefrigerated in your cabinet for years and do so much with? From simple fried Spam sandwiches to a wonderful Spam omelet, to some very tasty dinner recipes like Spam Parmesan it is the ultimate do anything meat. Not to mention it should be included in everyone's SHTF food stocks.

It contains small amounts of cholesterol and iron. Americans eat approximately 3.8 cans per second. Two American plants produce 44,000 cans of Spam every hour. Hawaii consumes the most Spam in the world-about four million cans yearly (it is particularly popular in sushi).

Whoever invented spam needs to be punched right in the pie hole.

My grandma played a nasty trick on me, she fried some of that mystery meat and told me it was fried ham, and I love fried ham, I took a bite, I had to spit that nasty stuff out.

Cheese Whiz
Scrambled Eggs
Fried Spam
Dill Pickles
Mayonnaise
Toast
