Have you seen this? I just ran across it on YouTube. It's supposed to apply to every building in the nation to be done by 2030. It's about greenhouse gasses, fossil fuel eradication(I think) and more efficient appliances, insulation, etc. AKA, John Kerry has arisen from obscurity.

I can't get a link to the article, but I'm sure you can do a search and find it.

Let me say again: "Elections have consequences."

How much more will it take for We the People to reach the point of suffering intolerable abuses?

My guess is at some point you won't be able to sell your house if it doesn't have all the upgrades, which will include a smart thermostat.
Maybe there will be a black market for non-upgraded houses, ha.

You won't be able to sell or buy unless it kosher. Won't be able to borrow either? Or insure. Gas company might turn off meter? Same with electric?

Well ****. Ok ... We are actually fixing to start a major remodel in February. It is to include new plumbing, new insulation, etc. because I want to not have to fool with this **** again in my old age. But **** THEM I AM gonna put that gas stove and Generac in.
