Roach also told investigators that Vance said that he killed a woman who lied to him, Whetsel said during a news conference Monday.</em></p><p></p><p><em>Roach, 34, said he provided medical aid for Vance and gave him two 30-round magazines for an AK-47, according to Whetsel.
