If you actually work, drive on all the toll roads, and are not tax exempt, and have to feed a large family, the low cost of living analytics fail to materialize into reality.  Our food bill was actually a lot lower in CA and WA! Yes lower property tax is a great benefit, I fully conceded that point.</p></blockquote><p></p>
