EZ, If you are truly serious, I would direct you to www.regulations.gov I just spent about 2 minutes on there. Go there and you can "filter down". I filtered down to: Agency = EPA Document type check boxes = "Rule" and "Notice" (all other documents were excluded) Category = "Agriculture, Environment and Public lands" (all other categories were excluded) I then did a single word search within this criteria on the word "Coal" and further restricted it to the years of the Obama administration. It came up with 227 results. I was going to pick out a juicy one and post but each of them appear to be too long to post and I wasn't going to bog down your thread. This web site will make your head explode. No rational human being can justify even 1/10 of the regulations that are imposed on us and they are all listed right here on this site. I'd sure like to see the server farm that all of these are on. This website is a perfect example of why I say our government is broken beyond repair. Go there and read some. If you don't leave there pissed you aren't rational and should immediately check yourself in for a mental evaluation. Edit to add: Remember this is only coal. I'm sure if you added oil, natural gas, gasoline, diesel you would get well over 1000 regs.
