I think that if just looking at it legally I would never convict someone in that case for use of deadly force. You are supposed to have a right to protect your property. Ill post more on it later, but a friend of mine got into an issue because he answered his door with a gun ( cop saw inside that glass windows on the side of the door) and the cop demanded he drop it. He informed the cop he was on his own property and the cop was POUNDING on the door. He thought he was a robber at first and with the flashlight in his face he really thought it might not be a cop.</p></blockquote><p></p>
