Worst oilfield job I ever had on a well service triple was hydrostatic testing tubing above the slips in 15deg weather with gusty winds and nothin between our frozen bodies and the north pole but 3 strands of rusted barbed wire
When I worked project controls I visited a pig run site in rural texas. Our contractors were about 25 yards away from the pig receiver and had a hibachi grill flaming up under their flammable canopy. I've never seen people react and try to CYA so fast in my life.
