So here's a thought... why doesn't Oklahoma pass a pre-emptive law protecting the right of Oklahomans to own modern sporting rifles and standard capacity magazines? Might be worth some press coverage, show the masses our legislators believe in our rights and set an example for the rest of the nation.

Only matters for in state commerce. The feds control commerce between states.

Well the way I see it, if it works for pot growers and users, it damn sure can work for gun owners.

If this is true. 9 states including Oklahoma are trying to become 2nd amendment Sanctuary States.
