What Homan needs to do is catch the sanctuary city officials in the act of shielding migrants with deportation orders from ICE custody, then arrest and charge them with federal felonies. The moment it happens, Pam Bondi’s DoJ needs to swoop in and work their way up the chain of command. Seize all internal communications and flood their offices with federal agents. Make their work days a living nightmare. Everyone who rolls on their superior(s) gets a sweetheart deal and everyone who doesn’t gets the hammer. The goal is to make it all the way to police chiefs, sheriffs, city councilors, county commissioners and mayors.

At the exact same time, freeze all federal funding until the so-called “sanctuary” jurisdictions surrender unconditionally and give up the illegals without any fuss. Ignore all the lawfare and keep the pedal to the floor. It’s the only way they’ll learn their lesson!

Also easy to set up against a Jam, with codes and other methods and side band frequencies. As long as both communicating parties know what is going on. Ghost signals to throw off the person trying to jam, trunking, lots of stuff to keep comms up and running.
Edit: I almost forgot the greatest comm in US history, the Code Talkers, a few are still surviving.
Youtube has some great stories and interviews of some of them. A lot of the Code Talkers were Native Oklahomans, Kiowas, Comanches, and others tribal members. Some real Awesome dudes. It is a complete shame they are not Honored more in our American History and Oklahoma History. Very little has been recorded about there sacrifice and contributions' to our Country from the Code Talkers.
You should hear some of the stuff they talked about in there conversations while Code Talking. A lot of it was just visiting with there brothers in Arms to throw off the enemy. No one at the time could decipher there Native Tongues', they would just talk and visit, until there were important messages that needed sent. They talked of their childhood memories back home growing up. It would have been so awesome to have had those conversations recorded in HIstory. Most have passed now, so no one will ever hear them.
