The fat butts, sit on their butt, and figure a way to get the calloused hand guy to give till it hurts.&nbsp;&nbsp; An example, ever since the Vid payouts started NV casinos, have made record rakes from the tables, and machines.&nbsp; I mean every quarter reported, record rakes. At a time, when one in a hundred folks are actually at a job?&nbsp;&nbsp; So, folks are getting their &quot;bailout&quot;, and instead of buying beans and weenies, it goes to the casinos, the house takes its cut, and the state elected thieves, get the balance, to waste on what ever project, no business man in his right mind, would consider.
