I was right -- I had an impingement (thanks big ****s) that had shaved cartilage off my bone and had a bunch of shavings floating in the fluid that surrounds your joint. Drained, rinsed out a couple of times and refilled with saline and shaved off the impingement. I've been good for 20 years now.</p></blockquote><p></p>
