Talking about inattentive idiot drivers...Yesterday on the way home from work, it was raining. Tires on my commuter are nearing replacement, so I was taking my time. Going 45-50 in a 55 zone (it was raining, remember?). There is a pickup behind me hauling a horse trailer that keeps getting real close. There's a long curve that goes up a "mountain". Came out of the curve going up hill on a short straight, still raining, and there's a Police SUV, with lights on, in the road, due to a tree or large limb having fallen across half the road. Officer is just getting out and putting on the fluorescent yellow vest. I slow down to wait for him to wave me around, and the incompetent douche behind me yanks over and starts to go around.
