Toxic tipping culture

All tips must be reported. Depending on restaurant, a person keeps tip or tip goes into pot to be split.
Just remember when leaving tip on table, That A-hole at the next table will grab the tip off the table before you make it to the register.

One of the things Scott and I enjoy doing is the entire month of December every time we go out and eat we will find a table of people -- sometimes it's a little elderly man or woman eating alone; sometimes it's a young family; sometimes it's a group of first responders -- and we ask our waitress to snag their tab, run it on our card and tell the person or people that Santa paid for their meal(s) and to have a Merry Christmas. It is a riot to watch whomever try to figure out who paid for their meal. Lol I think we enjoy being sneaky a lot more than anyone whose meal we paid for enjoyed getting their meal paid for. It is really a lot of fun!

Ah yes a thread about the great toxic American tip culture. I typically always tip however I have no problem leaving zero tip for trash service. A tip is optional NOT mandatory which is something that employers and employees have forgotten.

In this wonderful day and age I try to hand the tip to the actual server.
Don't know if the employees split it up or not but the lousy b-----d from another table that walks by can't snag it.

My skin is thick and back more hairy than you can imagine. Nearly full coverage now. All black too. Usually I'm joking about everything and you shouldn't believe me. But this is the true. I have a special back shaver tool. It's worn out.
