I took it in to get it serviced and was looking at a newer Tacoma. They dropped the engine size to 3.5 and added a sixth gear to the transmission. It was a dual cab truck with very little room in the backseat. Not unlike my FJ, but the FJ is noticeably bigger. The bed was very short. It had all the bells and whistles, but I felt it was WAY overpriced. I know someone who bought one of the newer Tacomas and he only kept it a year. He said it was sluggish and was constantly changing gears while going up and down the hills from Okc to Tulsa and back. It was a good looking truck, but he said with the changes to the engine and transmission they ruined it.</blockquote>
