Good grief. I can feel this picture in my plums. That’s the alfalfa county I know - one side is a borderline 6.5yo trophy and the other half is a spindly brow tine. The other deer in the pic has potential but will no doubt get shot by your neighbor’s house cleaner’s god daughter. Or her uncle. On youth weekend opening day, and the mag will be emptied regardless of if it’s her or her uncle. Someone is trying to decide to accept or wage war on matureish cedar trees. There’s a robust **** guarding of the feeder. Minus a few misappropriated anhydrous tanks, that might be the most alfalfa county thing I’ve ever seen. I will never complain about the deer and land I get an opportunity to hunt, I have been very fortunate in that respect- but I’m not gonna lie, that pic has humanized @retrieverman and his spread for me, with all its water. And trees. and giant deer. Whatever he’s got, it looks awesome. It probably shouldn’t, but it makes me smile that I know I have that “same deer” on my cameras. I had a deer VERY similar to that “one horned” buck last year. But my neighbor’s house cleaner’s god daughter and her uncle shot it multiple times on opening day of youth season…
