Trying to figure out maker

Nephew got this knife for Christmas. Wondering if anyone knows the maker. Has RG III stamped on it. It was bought at a local gun/pawn shop in Arkansas City. I’m pretty sure it wasn’t made by Robert Griffin the 3rd, the Baylor And Redskins old QB.

Looked through Knife books and searched internet for makers in Ok,Ark, Mo, and Kansas and did not come up with any thing.

Did you ping the guy on facebook? Those marks are very different.

I have sent your photos to a friend who is, I think an expert on knives of all kinds. Hopefully he will know who the maker is. I will post his findings as soon as I hear from him.
