Honestly if the guys don't show up in a good rig with a truck mounted type set-up with a big vac tank your probably getting screwed. I have also noticed alot of them try to work as fast as possible without properly extracting all the water from the pad under the carpet. This can lead to a musty smell later on & mold issues under the carpet. Just a few words of advice when picking a cleaner to use.I worked for him part time to help get through a rough patch & I can tell you this, Todd does not cut corners & does not allow his employee's to either. Matter of fact 95% of the time he is on site either as supervisor or doing the work himself. They also move & block furniture as needed to properly clean instead of just cleaning around your couch. Anyone interested just tell him his brother in law Mike referred you. I know he runs specials sometimes & I believe he has a multi-room special as well. You would just have to call & see honestly just incase he has changed it up. I know they are one of the few cleaners that are members of the town chamber of commerce in several cities & I have yet to see a unsatisfied customer, residential or business. They can pretty much clean any surface from carpet to tile. You'd be hard pressed to find a better company around this area.</blockquote>
