Tulsa: Body of water "behind" Fatboy Tactical/on Mingo

Anybody know what this body of water is, if anything?
Maps measures it to be 2,250ft x 200ft. I saw 'em loading a boat into it Friday but it seems being so long and narrow it was purpose built.
My buddy came to visit and said he noticed PVC stuff in it which he said looked exactly like crawfish farms he's seen down in Louisiana.

It’s set up for water skiing. I’ve seen boats there before. It’s private and doesn’t seem to get used very often. Drive by and look at it. You can easily see it from Mingo Rd.

I drive past it every day and have only seen a boat there once (this past Friday, and it was being loaded/unloaded). Other than that it seems to go unused as far as when I am driving by.

My buddy will be disappointed to know its not a crawfish farm.

By looking at the photo i would say it is a irrigation pond for the sod farm next to it but just a quess
