It's blue. They've even got themselves a socialist demoRAT mayor who is about to eliminate dopers and alcoholics living in the streets. He's going to eliminate it by building them homes and, in so doing, will increase their number exponentially. He'll increase their number because once other sewers (Denver, OKC) hear about it, they'll send their addicts and alcoholics our way.And, like every commie, he'll use our tax dollars to do all the above. Total waste.
