What used to be a 10 minute drive to work in the morning and roughly the same to get home in the afternoon, has now turned into a minimum of a 20-30 minute drive at non-peak times. I agree that this could have been better planned. I'm not faulting the workers themselves, just the planners. The 6 P's were obviously not applied to the road construction situation in Tulsa.
