I remember when I-70 went into the mountians at Denver , they were opening  new road each  month , none of this  work a month ,stop for a month - the dirt crew was being followed by the drainage crew who was followed by the road bed crew ,who was followed by the praving crew ,all in the SAME MONTH.     How many YEARS has I-40 in Tulsa been under construction ? They work it for Five years and come back after six months and start another phase for another Five Years !</p></blockquote><p></p>
