Saw this on PBS last night before I went to bed.
It's a Garlic Kielbasa wrapped in hotlinks and pepper jack cheese which is wrapped in sausage which is wrapped in a weave of BACON. Then smoked for a few hours.
After seeing it sliced I wanted to take a piece and throw it on a couple pieces of garlic toast with a little bbq sauce and some potato salad and coleslaw on the side.
