Message: <blockquote data-quote="Subsonic" data-source="post: 2405848" data-attributes="member: 232"><p>The only thing that No Knock warrants mean is that they don't have to announce themselves when they initially breach the door but then they usually immediately identify themselves once they do.  Nothing in the article indicates how they served it and it sounds like they favored the criminal more than the LEOs and that he was just a good guy protecting his family.  Getting a Judge to sign off on a night time as well as a no knock warrant shows that the Officers had reason to believe that there was an elevated safety risk or chance of the evidence being destroyed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
