Message: <blockquote data-quote="kennedy" data-source="post: 2407788" data-attributes="member: 7176"><p>I keep hearing these LEO's have college degrees.   Let's remember that education is not the same as intelligence.  I'm not against a no knock warrant,  but let's make sure the alleged crime being investigated is worth the risk.  If not,  reduce the danger to the officers by conducting the investigation during the day and having them announce themselves.   Not every door needs to be kicked in.   I fully respect the duties of a police officer and acknowledge the extreme risks they take every minute of every day.   Better decisions need to be made.</p></blockquote><p></p>
