Failure to enforce board policy or violation of board policy is typically grounds for immediate dismissal, also our contracts by state law only run from year to year. Our board policy on weapons prohibits even ammunition on school property for employee's, immediate termination, thus I do not like to go ammo shopping at lunch and if I do and can't swing by the house before returning to the office I park off school property.</p></blockquote><p></p>
