The US shooting academy now has a CLEET certified firearms instructor.

Any police officers active or retired can call the US shooting academy at 918-948-7856 and make an appointment to come out and requalify with us.
For the active officers we will fax your Firearms qualification report to CLEET and give you a copy for your department.
For the retired officers we will give you the firearms requalification card so you are in compliance with the state and the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (H.R. 218)
Price is $50 dollars.

The next Low Light / Night Fire Pistol Class
Is set for June 27, 2015

This course is Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) Accredited and US Law Shield Backed

Seldom do people get a chance to shoot, under the very same conditions that they may well have to fight in.
This course is done in the dark, about 1 hour is in the classroom, covering the different aspects of night shooting. 1 hour of dryfire, & livefire in daylight conditions. then 2 hours of Nightfire.

This course will cover:
Flashlights
Lasers
Sights
Ammunition choices
Using the Darkness to your advantage
Use of handheld lights in conjunction with the handgun
And much more .....

The course will run for four hours 6 P.M. - 10 P.M. and the cost is $75 dollars

This is an entry level 8 hour rifle / carbine Course.

The course objective is to prepare the individual who wants to use a carbine for personal defense purposes .

Instructions to include:
Safety
Marksmanship, precision and surgical shooting
Manipulations
Loading/Unloading techniques
Empty Reloads
Tactical Reloads
Non-diagnostic Malfunction Clearances
Moving and Shooting
And much more ………

Defensive Rifle is an eight-hour class covering use of the rifle for self-defense The class focuses on the fundamentals of combat - marksmanship, both precision and surgical fire, manipulations, administrative combative skills, moving and shooting. While the AR family of rifles is the most common, any safely functioning semi-automatic rifle is allowed.

Some of the topics covered:
Safety
Combative marksmanship, precision and surgical shooting, sight offset
Manipulations
Loading/Unloading techniques
Empty reloads
Tactical reloads
Non-diagnostic malfunction clearances
Moving and shooting

You will need to bring:
250 rounds of rifle ammo
50 rounds of pistol ammo
least two rifle magazines
a holster for your pistol and a sling for your rifle
Eye and ear protection
