Of the 55, 11 were reportedly submitted by unregistered voters and are apparently being excluded.</p><p></p><p>“Chenango County Elections Commissioner Carol Franklin who just happens to be a dimocrat [said] all of the newly discovered ballots were affidavit ballots submitted during the state’s nine-day early voting period. It appears "finding votes" that were in boxes in warehouses seems to be a modus operandi of the dimocrat party.
