The glaring exceptions are the multiple attempts of OSA administrators to send me OSA decals. I know of at least 2 attempts since September of this year and haven't received any. Admin showed they sent some in August last year but none arrived at my address. We may have an anti-gun activist in the local PO. I need to check the PO parking area and see if someone has his truck covered with OSA decals.</p></blockquote><p></p>
