The guy talks the whole time about stuff so I usually drop the quality to the crappiest since I could care less what he looks like. Anyway so the house was assessed and then instead of someone wondering why the value of the house went from 400k to a billion. Schools budgeted for the money among other places but it was never going to be there anyway. It's amazing how a stupid fluke is still going to end up being passed on.
