A buddy that has a winter home in Rockport Tx brings us a 50lb bag of softball size Texas sweets every spring and drops them off at our door. We can't eat that much onion, so give them away to friends, keeping a few, but when reality hits, we like a strong onion. Red ones uncooked in salads and sandwiches, yellow for cooking and never buy the whites.</blockquote>
