Value of Rem shotgun?

Friend has Remington 16 guage, Model 1100, made in 1968.

If in good condition, what value would this hold?

There are two on gunbroker. One for $1,000.00 the other with a vented rib for $1,599.00 However, neither have bids.

$400-500 is what 1100's go for in 16 ga around here unless they are unfired, then they might go to $600, but its rare.

Depends on the condition as in all gun sales.
