My dad carried the model 19-3 on duty around 1971 then went to the 25-5 in the 80’s and carried it to 1996 when he switched over to a semi-auto.
Some of these posts are making me really miss my pre model 27 and nickle finish model 586 no dash. My next revolver will be a S&W 357 magnum or 10mm.
Not on these. (They're not original to the gun.) The target grips on my 1954 K-38 Combat Masterpiece have some swell to them. I think there may be pictures earlier in this thread.
