Most will by either online or out of the county to avoid it if its a big tax.  So local gun stores would be hurt and also the local ranges will be hurt or upset their customers by requiring ammo to be bough at the range.  The criminals wont pay the tax and they certainly won't think twice about shooting people because of the cost of the bullet.</blockquote>
