[QUOTE="SGAmmo, post: 1646431, member: 16674"] the convenience of online purchase is hard to beat for most shooters, typically a no-hassle transaction with no hidden costs once you check shipping cost, vice the gunshow thing where you have to drive to ($$$), Pay admission ($$$), walk all over the show, possibly haggle, possibly pay tax on top of the price (depends on vendor), drive home ($$$). However Wanamakers gunshow is typically one of the biggest "give-away" shows where all the ammo dealers get together and try to prove they can undercut everyone in the shows price even if it means selling case lots of 762x39, 223, 9mm and/or 45 acp at a $2 a case loss just to try to prove something to each other, so overall a good place to buy under standard market conditions like we have now. The thing is you cannot be to brand specific, as long as you are open to a variety of major brands like Remington Winchester Federal Speer PMC Aguila Sellier-bellot and you are willing to walk the show all day and take notes you should find some great deals on 9mm. If you are okay shooting questionable reloads it gets even cheaper. The upper level along the north wall sports the most ammo vendors, but there are a few out in the middle, and on the lower level, who knows who will show up.
