    One of my favorites. Seeing platoon made me wonder how much of that kind of stuff my Dad saw. I'll never know.

    I dont know if I mentioned it but "straight into darkness" is a weird but decent WW2 movie. Its about the final days of ww2 and this German unit trying to steal a cache of hidden art in a house guarded by child soldiers.
