That being said, I also know police officers that should never be allowed to have POWER over others! BTK was a wanabe cop, remember? Thankfully, the vest majority of these psychos are caught during the screening process! It's important that we the people report inappropriate behavior, and abuse of power, from police officers, and we have processes in place to check these allegations out, and remove abuisers, that slipped through the screening process! Our justice system is far from perfect, but by far the best one I know of!</p></blockquote><p></p>
