Thanks guys, we heard a dog yelping and I went to check it out but couldn't find him. There's also a creek there so I think that's were he is.
I'm the one that posted about leaving a coat or some internal piece of Clothing at the last place you saw the dog. I recovered my beagle twice after doing that, but you have to be there two hours before daylight. She was sleeping on my coat both times.

There's an incredible number of ducks here now. Any ponds with water are covered with divers...............milo and corn fields are full of green heads and pins.
Speaking of divers..............this pond near my had a good number of redheads, a few mallards and a pair of canvasbacks (just to the left of the tree). I've got to get a good camera and lens! The binocs and cell just don't do it justice.
