It's a guy living his life the way he sees fit. Who gives a **** if he plays here or anywhere else.
Have you ever left a job for greener pastures?
It's a game. Don't get so wrapped up in meaningless ****.

Sure I've left a job but I didn't leave without saying a word to my boss or coworkers. I had the respect to pick up the phone and tell them Im leaving like a man.

This times a million.

It's not that he left (I understand why he did)

It's that he essentially broke up his friendships via a letter posted online. He left without calling his supposed "brother and best friend" Westbrook. He's never even spoken to him once since then.

Team Russ all the way.

And that would be between him and his previous employer and previous coworkers.
So many people take sports stars way too personal when they really have absolute dick to do with their own lives.
Again, it's a game... it means absolutely nothing past entertainment.
