Contact the department who is running the operation and start demanding they fix your property. Be very friendly non-confrontational and firm. State the issue, state you want it fixed, state it is their responsibility to manage their contractors and it is now their responsibility to make you whole.  Do you have photos of the subcontractor doing the damage?  Did they admit it?  Subcontractors could not care less. They go out of business all the time. The prime and the state do care, they have to stay in business. The prime is the one who has already been paid and budgeted to make these repairs.</p></blockquote><p></p>
