Just charcoaled some NY Strip steaks from local rancher in Ada. They were dry aged beef. Really good and were cooked pink to red center. No sauce on mine. mmm delish

I saw a study that said 1 in 3 Oklahomans order their steak well done. It's saddening. The cows already been killed, why murder it again?

I'm good anywhere between med-rare and medium on a marbled cut of ribeye... Just enough to turn the fat translucent.

Who's ordering well done steak? And do you put ketchup on it?

I like medium rare......but I never understood why people get so worked up about how other people eat their steaks mind your own ****in business

Only thing is we are all stating opinion........... like we do a LOT on OSA. Only ****in one I see worked up is ........you! :cool: Guys I think brother saddlebum is a closet A1 steak sauce fan .:cool:
