Thank GOD, I have never seen so many people using sauce Heinz 57? A1? Ugh! Kosher Salt, Coarse Black Pepper and fire is all that is required.

Same here. The treat at dinner was a sirloin when a kid. T bones were never on the menu except at a restaurant for the parents. I can't remember how long ago I've had a sirloin since discovering rib eyes.When I lived with the folks, I thought Sirloin was the top of the line --- it was usually Round steak or Eye of Round, cooked to darn near shoe leather. Never even heard of Ribeye, Strip, Porterhouse, or Filet until I moved out!
