What’s the best tactical semi automatic shotgun?

I am SBS'ing an M1 Super 90, I think I'll like it. The M4 is great, but you can get a tricked out Langdon tactical with an RDS for what you'd spend on an M4, and most likely be happier. I also have an M2, but neither are tapped for a rail, and I really want a shotgun set up for an RDS, so the LTT Beretta 1301 is my next one.
