For most of the pols, politics is a team sport. Out team wins, their team loses, period. There’s no higher agenda for them. For some of them it’s money and power. For others (and this is the Soros category), it’s fundamentally altering the rules governing our country. Regardless of whether they’re in on the plot or merely a useful tool, they must be resisted at all costs. Understand they can never be defeated though. Nowhere in recorded history is are there any examples where a society didn’t struggle with internal discord and power struggles. It’s human nature.
