Message: <blockquote data-quote="tf74047" data-source="post: 2953958" data-attributes="member: 41903"><p>There is a product call Hog-Gone that uses sodium nitrite that will kill the hogs that’s currently being tested by the FDA.   It’s been legal in Australia since 2008 and is around 90% effective.  Sodium nitrite is used to cure pork so it’s not lethal to human, deer, cattle, etc. but it does a number on hogs.  I shot five last night but that's only a drop in the bucket.  My neighbor and I have trapped over 40 hogs over the past couple of years but it's not making a dent in the numbers.</p></blockquote><p></p>
