The Skeletool weighs just slightly more than the Juice (6 ounces? Fuhgetaboutit!) it has a pocket clip so it won't fall to the bottom of the pocket, which is what weighs your britches down, the blade on the Juice is kinda wimpy and it has a nail knick while the blade on the Skeletool is a combo blade (50/50 serrated) has an awesome shape and has a hole for easy one handed/thumb opening and one handed closing with it's liner lock, plus the Skeletool has a carabiner that doubles as a bottle opener.
