Personally, Open it back up means people go back to work. The oil patch makes some money which is almost impossible because of Saudi's pissing match with Moscow and the fact that the Saudis want to destroy our oil and gas energy so bad that it will take years and years to recover. They have proved they can. The only way to save it is to take the US out of the international petroleum market and create a domestic market to keep the drillers and producers on the job. Petroleum is the backbone of this countries economy, be it gas, diesel, Natural gas or whatever. We fuel our truckers that are the lifeblood of keeping us fed and supplied with goods, we generate clean energy with natural gas and heat our homes with it. Take away petroleum and this country dies a quick death. Agriculture is another lifeblood of our country. If their product can't get to market though, it goes to waste and people starve. How do they grow it and get it to market? Petroleum and truckers. Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot, Homeland, Safeway etc would fold in a week without truckers and their fuel along with energy to keep our food frozen or cool. No need to have social distancing, they would be vacant buildings. Open it back up to the individual IMHO means going back to work with new rules for now. You don't meet in the lunchroom to play cards anymore. You eat in place using an old fashioned lunch box brought from home, and go back to work. Personally I could care less for professional sporting events, but I do understand its importance to some for entertainment although this lack of it has not brought a single evidence of suicide to anyone not able to see the Masters or the NBA. Let em play in an empty stadium. If you like it well enough you'll fork out some bucks for a pay to play just cheaper than a season ticket, and the network that produces it can insert crowd noises. Manufacturing has to move their product to markets to open back up. How? Of course it's by trucks, trains and airplanes all powered by petroleum. Meanwhile we have politicians like AOC enjoying the fall of the petroleum industry in their quest to "save the planet" from petroleum.
