Without a proper understanding of form, the function would a Hi-point. Those guns are ugly but functional. The XD is functional and beautiful. Art is in everything, it inspires. All of that said, my problem is with the fact that this comes up before cutting non-educational items. Per pupil expenditures are down 20 percent since 2008. Budget Cuts[23] • State finance office was cut by $1.4 million • Department of Consumer Credit will lose more than $200,000, of its $535,000 appropriation • Oklahoma Health Care Authority was cut by $9.9 million, about 1 percent of the authority’s appropriations • The prison system will lose $2.3 million • Education-related funding will lose $167.4 million Read more: http://sunshinereview.org/index.php/Oklahoma_state_budget#ixzz2JWXVJ9cf They gut education, but prisons get just small cut. 167.4 million cut from education where it is needed the most. If you want to build the state up, you have to start at the schools. No one wants to bring their children to the state when the schools suck.
